SIMS Learning Organization was formed by parents and trained teachers in 2001; subsequently converted into a formal Educational Institution and in 2003 initially providing education through physical campus.
In 2009 SIMS Learning added Virtual learning / E-Learning platforms and developed a team of professionals.
In 2014 we expanded our E-learning Services worldwide in USA, UK, Australia, Europe and Middle East through our certified teachers for each region; specialized in respective curriculums.
The Organization
The School is managed by a Board of Governors.
The COO of the School is Secretary to the Board and executes the decisions of the Board.
The Principal chairs the Senior Leadership Team which is made up of The Principal and The Heads of each branch.
In each branch there are Assistant Heads and Senior Teachers, who collectively make up the Internal Management Team together with the Principal and Heads of the branch.
The Central Administration, headed by the Business Manager, deals with finance, maintenance, IT and special E learning and home schooling projects.

President & CEO / Co-Founder
Mr. Fahad Tawfiq has a Graduation degree from the University of Cambridge with professional experience and 20 years of work experience to his name and has been with Since Learning Organization since inception.
Mr.Fahad also possesses extensive work experience as part of Senior Management and founder member of different banks, corporate finance institution, software houses and electronic learning platforms and he is currently serving as Head of Islamic Banking and Senior Vice President for Leading Commercial Bank and also served in capacity Regional General Manager, Branch Banking and as CEO of different educational and Financial Institutions.
Chief Operating Officer
Mrs.Saira is a certified educationist with expertise in the e-learning model. By qualification, she is a Graduate with exposure of over 18 years to different curriculums from different countries including the USA, Australia, Canada, UK and Europe.
She is one of the founding members who introduced e-learning technology to SIMS since 2009.
